New build school by the Government of Gibraltar for 11 to 13year old children including full DDA facilities for children.

Gibtelecom New Haven Building:
Refurbishment of a 6-storey building into a new office acommadation including a state of the art data center, with full N+1 generator and UPS back up, CRAC cooling and busbar power systems, also office fit out and new sales shop. Construction cancelled after tender.

CVCR Building Gibraltar Airport:
new contingency control tower and wind masts for NATS Gibraltar airport including telecommunications to existing tower and power and communications infrastructure on both public roads and air field apron.

Secure Children’s Home:
New development for a secure children’s home in Gibraltar to be fully compliant to UK prison specifications including all anti-ligature fixtures and fittings with both living accommodation and learning areas. Comofco completed the M& E design for the project although it has been put on hold due to planning restraints. Project cancelled after design was completed.

Rooke House:
Refurbishment of Rooke House for MoD as part of the lands exchange deal project Euston the home of the Commander of the British Forces Gibraltar the house was fully refurbished to meet new JSP standards and included complete new plumbing with solar hot water and rewiring.

Four Corners Infrastructure and Clerk of Works:
As part of Project Euston Lands exchange the 4 corners MoD housing estate was extended to include 83 more dwellings for service personnel, a new community centre, children’s day nursery and swimming pool. All infrastructure was upgraded to support the new housing blocks and community buildings including a new GEA substation and 2 number feeder pillars for the power distribution new water services and fouls and surface drainage. Comofco completed the cable sizing for all new buildings and oversaw the rest of the infrastructure works for GoG in a Clerk of Works capacity.

Upper Rock Ticket Office and Service Building:
Two dilapidated ex MoD buildings were restored and converted to a ticket office and disabled toilet within the Upper Rock Nature Reserve. Comofco did both the M&E and Structural design for these buildings with new roofs and window and door lintels, and new lighting and power these is also a bio filter installed for the drainage to allow clean quality water to drain naturally on to the rock.
